Which plan do I need?
Choose Personal for your own vehicles and repair records. Choose Pro for a shop with customers, inventory, team roles and billing workflows. Each shop has its own records and subscription.
What can I connect?
Configured Stripe and Square connections support payment workflows. CSV reports support accounting handoff. QBAI is a separate accounting product; automatic QBAI or QuickBooks sync, SMS delivery and integrated supplier ordering are not connected.
How does repair sharing work?
Participating shops choose a completed repair, review its public preview and explicitly publish a contribution. The repair pool depends on what shops choose to share. AI suggestions require review and do not replace diagnosis or licensed repair information.
How do I manage billing?
Use Manage billing in Settings to open the billing portal, review available options, update payment details or manage cancellation. Check the portal confirmation for the effective date of any change.
